About Dominique Silvera-Chittell

Dominique, in her capacity of Chairman, brings over 25 years of experience in Sales and Marketing to Christie's International Real Estate Jamaica Limited. Dominique has held executive management positions with respected major global brands throughout her career. This is not her first time with Christie's International Real Estate, having held the position of Vice President of marketing and business development for Christie's International Real Estate Barbados 2014- 2018. While with Christie's, she attended many global conferences and earned the exclusive certification as a luxury real estate specialist! Having been away from the brand for the last five years, when the opportunity arose to return to the brand, not only did she consider the market in Barbados, but immediately expanded her horizons to include Jamaica. Dominique is a Qualified Broker in Barbados, where she also owns and operates the Christies International Real Estate Brand that is “relaunching” in April 2024, and under her current boutique firm, Barbados Luxury Listings she has diversified her offerings regionally, focusing on developer relationships having stewarded the most significant development in Jamaica today representing a USD$350 Million dollar real estate investment in that country. This unique developer relationship management has seen her offering the same services to developers in Barbados and St. Lucia, all while curating a collection of the best in beautiful properties that Barbados.
